Paraplanners Coffee Morning - Friday 17th July 2020
What's it all about?
Firstly, let us make a few introductions. Here’s Jackie Manning, Caroline Stuart and Claire Lindsay. You may have met them at another event, spoken to them on the Big Tent or perhaps at a previous Paraplanners coffee morning.
Why are we making these introductions today?
Jackie, Caroline and Claire are the volunteers who put their hands up to shape and organise these get togethers. So, we’ll hand over to them to explain what we’re doing.
Anyone for a cuppa?
On Friday 17th July, at 10am, we’ll be sat with a coffee (or tea) in front our our screens. We’ll be on the Paraplanners Coffee Morning Zoom call. There’s no structure or prepared content. We’ll just have a chin wag – paraplanning may come up but we could just as easily explore weekend plans, discuss what we’re reading or share our worries. We just don’t know what we’ll chat about.
Why don’t you join us? You can pop in at whatever time you’d like (we’ll be there from 10-11am), for as long as you like. Whether you want to stay for the full hour or just pop your head in to say hello, it will be great to see you.
Q&A: When, where and how much?
Q: When and where will the coffee morning take place?
A: The chinwag takes place via Zoom and is on Friday 17th July, 10.00-11.00am. Just drop in when you want and for as long you want.
Q: How do I book my place and, if so, how much does it cost?
A: It’s FREE. Save your spot by clicking the ‘BOOK NOW’ button on this page.
Q: How do I join on the day?
If you’ve saved your spot, an email with a link to the Zoom meeting will head your way at 9am on 3rd July. If you don’t get it, check your junk mail. If it’s not there, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
From there, just click the link to the Zoom meeting. You’ll find yourself in the waiting room and we’ll let you in from there. We’ve added this extra step to prevent the coffee morning being Zoom bombed!
Q: What if I can’t make it to the coffee morning?
A: If you can’t make it on the day or aren’t in the mood, then don’t worry. There’s no need to let us know. Perhaps we’ll see you at some other time.
