12 September 2019 Paraplanners Powwow: Held in rolling countryside, under open skies, in teepees.
What's it all about?
We’re opening up the booking real early this year, which means we’re still in the process of firming up the Powwow schedule.
Book now or wait, it’s up to you!
You can either book now or wait until all the details are in but just remember 2018’s Powwow sold out in 14 days. To help you make a decision, we can tell you that the Powwow will combine its usual popular blend of smaller, workshop-style, sessions that run concurrently, with larger gatherings for all participants. Plus it looks a lot like this…
So, if you want to be sure of place, on your marks, get set, BOOK NOW!
Q&A: When, where and how much?
The Powwow’s taking place on 12 September 2019 at Upper Aynho Grounds in Northamptonshire. The start time is 10:00 and registration will open from 08:30 – where we’ll be serving a Powwow brekkie.
how much does it cost?
We’re giving you the option of two ticket prices – £30 or £50 for a ticket. You get the same no matter what price you pay. Powwow’s are supported by supporters but sometimes we want to spend a little more in order to deliver the best event we can. That’s where ticket sales come in. We don’t mind (and we won’t judge) what ticket price you go for, but if you should plump to pay £50, then it will give us just a little more cash to play with for this and future events.
The night before campfire
So you fancy coming to the Night Before Campfire?
We’ve always done a meal the night before, but this time we’ve taken it up a notch. Picture this; you’re at the teepees, looking out over the fields, listening to your favourite band, chilling with your paraplanner friends and tucking into some amazing food.
Because this is a little different it has cost a little more to put on, and our supporters have kindly agreed to help out with some of the costs. You only have to pay for your meal. Bus transport, venue hire and other odds and ends have been taking care of by supporters, plus James Hay have kindly agreed to put a sizable sum behind the bar. The evening will start at 7.30pm and finish at 10.30pm sharp!
For £25.00, dinner consists of:
Starter: Antipasti served on arrival
Main: Freshly booked pizza with salad
Dessert: Choice of desserts from a platter
To let us know you’re coming, register your spot.
But, beware, these rates are only available for bookings made up until and including 12 July 2019. After that, usual rates will apply.
To make sure you secure the special rate, you’ll need to book your room by phone using a special code – Powwow.

|Double occupancy bed & breakfast||£120||Standard double room|
If hotels in picturesque Northants and Oxfordshire villages don’t appeal, there is always the Travelodge at Cherwell Valley Services, which is 10 minutes from Upper Aynho Grounds, and a Premier Inn close to Junction 11 in Banbury.

Not a paraplanner or administrator? the powwow’s not for you!
Powwows are created by paraplanners for outsourced and in-house paraplanners and administrators. If you do neither of these things for a living then – unless you’re a Powwow supporter or guest – please don’t book a ticket. If you’re still interested in coming along get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
