Today she works with a number of Financial Services clients supporting them to grow and develop with a key focus on developing individuals at all levels within the business. She has vast experience and expertise in building, leading and managing teams and works closely with Paraplanner teams and managers within Financial Services.

Aleks has been paraplanning for over 10 years. When she's not writing reports, she tries to run Navigatus, a small outsourced paraplanning service, temporarily based in spare bedrooms across three counties.
